A dream from Wanda Davis
I want to preface this dream by saying I’m in no way implying God did this shedding, but I believe and have experienced that He works all things for the good of those who love Him and called according to His purpose. I am not putting a timeline on any of this but sharing what I was told in this dream.
I dreamed on April 28, 2016, that my grandson and I were in a vehicle with Bobby Conner, a prophet to our nation and the world. He turned to me and said, “there will be a shedding that begins to happen in the world, and it will go through 2019 and 2020.” He said,“do not be too caught up in it.” I understood this did not mean to be indifferent to the shedding. But the response must not come from the soulish emotional arena but from hearing Him, to cooperate with His purpose. It would be easy to have an emotional response of anger, fear, and grief from all that has and is transpiring in our nation and the world. Instead, He is calling us to come up higher to know Him and see from His perspective.
Since the time of this dream, there has been a continual “shedding” in our nation and the world. A shedding of innocent blood through abortion laws, twisting the constitution, mass shootings, fires, shedding even through Covid-19, mass rioting, and the list could go on.
The instruction I was given in this dream in 2016 continues to help my soul (mind, will, and emotions) stay grounded through all the shedding. My heart is to encourage all believers to pause and ask Him what He is saying so we can be in agreement with Him. His Kingdom strategy (as it is in heaven) is the only one that will be effective in undoing bonds of wickedness, tearing to pieces the ropes of the yoke of oppression, to break apart every enslaving yoke, overcoming, healing, repairing, restoring people and the land to Him. He has given us His written Word, but also we must live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. The Holy Spirit’s counsel is not just good advice but authoritative plans and decisions. The Holy Spirit is the agent for establishing God’s Kingdom. It is not by might or by power but by His Spirit. He is actively watching over His word to fulfill it. Our active part is to cooperate with Him, earnestly turn our hearts toward Him, which requires spending time with Him daily growing in our love for Him and each other. The three choicest graces are mentioned in I Corinthians 13, but the greatest is love. Eagerly pursuing love, the insignia by which He will be known (see John 13:35).
