"Many of us confess much more in our creeds than we truly believe in our hearts."..... C.H. Spurgeon April 12, 1866. This straight-forward statement is certainly stunningly true in our modern-day, compromising Church- world. In most cases our "creeds" and our "deeds" are miles apart. We declare that the Bible is indeed the true infallible Word of God, and that Jesus Christ is the same today as in days gone by, both of these statements are without a doubt absolutely true. However where is the reality, where are the awesome displays of God’s power? God is calling for a foundational reality check. We can take heart, and be greatly encouraged, because there is coming a move of God’s Spirit that will synchronize and harmonize or creeds and our deeds. We would do well if our walk matched our talk. We have grown content just to dialogue, discourse and discuss. Have we lost the spirit of expectation? We have busied ourselves with plans, promoting, and people, but we have somehow missed the Presence and Power of God. It is time to surrender to the Holy Spirit in order to discover and experience a true display and demonstration of the awesome power of God. I am encouraged, as I travel across the nations, I am finding a genuine hunger for the reality of God’s presence and power to be manifested in our mist. There is a desperate cry arising from the hearts of God’s people. "Lord we desire your Holy Presence!" Our heart hungers for YOU. (See Psalms 42:1-5 and Psalm 63:1-3). This prayer is the echo of Moses’s cry, when he pleaded... "Lord if your Presence does not go with us we do not want to go anywhere." (Exodus 33:18-19) We do not need anymore meetings as usual, we are seeking encounters with God. We are not seeking only a visitation but rather a habitation. God has brought us to a place of desperation, this encounter will change our life. It is going to be like the event in Jacob’s life when he was left alone at the brook Jabok , which means emptying. It was at this place of getting honest about his character, that he got his name and his nature forever changed.(See Gen. 32:23-25). God has brought us to the place of emptying, we are discarding our own plans and purposes, and now we are seeking to build the Kingdom of God, and not our own little kingdoms. But in order to have true God’s given grace and power we must have "factual faith".
FABRICATED FAIRYTALE FANTASY FAITH The world is waiting and watching to see if our words will becomes our walk, our doctrines become our deeds. It was never the plan of God to establish the Kingdom of God with mere talk. (1 Cor. 4:20). There must be a display of His Divine power, coupled with a demonstration of God’s love and grace. (See 1 Cor. 2:1-5). This type of ministry is only released by "factual faith!" The Spirit of Truth is calling us to a walk or lifestyle of true faith. In the days before us, many facts of faith are being made clear. The Word of God warns that... "What is not faith is sin". The only life that pleases God is a life of faith. God is dealing with our "fabricated fairytale fantasy faith"....just saying something without seeing the fruit of fulfilment. It is time to see as well as hear.
EVIDENCE AND SUBSTANCE Remember faith without works is dead. True faith is - " confidence in God! Kathryn Kulhman once said ... "It is when you dare to believe God to the point of action, that something begins to happen". Faith is not lethargic it demands action, faith is believing to the point of action, persuading that results in a passionate pursuing of the promises and provisions of God. Without this type of faith it is impossible to please God. (Heb. 11:6). The just shall live by faith (Hab.2:4). Faith is the key that unlocks heaven’s door making a way to receive God’s promised provision. Matt 9:29....Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you." Christ Jesus reveals that it does not take a lot of faith - just real faith. Matt 17:20....So Jesus said to them, "Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, `Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
The Master’s Plan - Mountain Moving Faith It is the plan of God for His people to operate in mountain moving faith. Matt 21:21....So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, `Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. The Spirit of God is releasing the prayer of faith, that touches God’s heart and moves God’s hand. We must have our hearts filled with the Word of God and began to pray back to God what He has promised us. This type of prayer will always be answered. (1John 5:14). We all should agree it is time for faith that produces evidence and substance. We must have essence and evidence, we need to see the display and demonstrations and manifestations of the Spirit of God. Which will bring about validation as well as substantiation to the message being preached. (Mark 16:20). It is time to expect verification of the Spirit of God, that produces tangible evidence of God’s power in our mist. (See Romans 15:18-19). We need to hear these words; authentic, genuine, proven, real, reliable, literal, valid, and verified, being spoken and reported concerning our ministries and meetings. For too long the world has been of the opinion that Christians and the church are a bunch of counterfeits, producing illusions and delusions. Fakes and frauds fabricating fictitious ministry masquerades. This type of thinking is about to come to a sudden end. The Spirit of God is bringing about a move in our mist that will release such a fear of the Lord that the scoffers are stilled, the skeptics are silenced, and the mockers are muffled. Let us take courage and gain confidence from the scripture. 1 Cor. 16:13 Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. The Kingdom of God is coming!
